And you kept charging my CC till and including May 10th on a monthly basis even according to the new MRC (less than 2 USD difference – this is the amount you claim to suspend and terminate the account for). They said Lucky we have backups of your website…. when i forgot to renew in 2 weeks… turns out they’ve changed where the website is located different server… different nameservers without saying anything and I don’t have access to the domain so can’t get it to work!!

Please be careful when dealing with FastComet
They blocked my access to my website as well as the WordPress control panel, with the only option to upgrade my subscription under the pretext of consuming the platform’s limited resources.
Thus, in moments, they wasted my efforts and long hours in preparing the website and the money that I paid for hosting, and what is worse is that they are asking for more money to exercise my right to access my website.
Final note: I couldn’t even get my money back, they rudely refused
Terrible hosting and terrible service! My 2 travel sites were disabled without any warning! Just! They wrote that I exceeded certain quotas! There was no warning, nothing! They just took it one evening and closed the sites! Support doesn’t answer and doesn’t want to do anything! They broke the website and caused damage to the business! If you feel sorry for your sites and your money, do not go near this terrible hosting!
