I was tired of the lack of support I was getting from my previous hosting company, I am so glad I found the Armada. Their support service is live and available 24/7. And they are knowledgeable, professional, clear with their answers, and very friendly. And I didn’t even realize that I wasn’t getting the fastest upload speeds before. H.A. is much faster that what I had before. I don’t really want to name the old company but I’ll just say that they are more like a ‘stinker’ than a ‘stinger’.

Their servers are super fast, feature rich and super secure [wat more can you ask for] and their staff are a super star team with the patience of saints [we know because we tested them] and all gems to the last one. So incase you have not heard Host Armada are making you an offer that you can no longer ignore let alone refuse. Get on ot it now before the ‘I told you so brigade’ does.
the main thing i liked about host armada is the transparency. easy to find the real info about what i was buying, no hiding full prices and the weak spots on the plans.
I use HostArmada on 2 different sites. A develeoper, I am not, so I run into issues on my end every once in awhile. Every single time I have had a problem, someone has immediately helped me sort it out. The customer service alone is worth the (already low) price.
Just moved from another hosting service, and I could not be happier. HostArmada are progressively migrating my domains and emails, and so far it has been spot on. The sites seem a whole lot quicker as well, so, so far awesome!

Here is why:
1. I wanted to do some tests before choosing a web hosting. They do not offer a trial period or discount, so I paid $25. But before the payment, I specifically asked their sales team about the refund policy via chat. They said that they have 45 days money-back guarantee. After implementing a couple of tests, I wanted a refund because they were the worst out of the 5 hosting providers. Guess what they said. They refused to refund me, saying that they only refund in case of annual payments and that I paid just for one month.
2. Their score on wpbenchmark.io was 4.0. Like wth. My racknerd hosting, for which I pay $25 ANNUALLY, performs better. Hostarmada failed miserably on almost all tests.
Stay away far from them.
I have been using Hostarmada now into my 2nd year for shared Hosting. I can only reiterate that this host is outstanding from the others (many common names you would know). That said, I just added on a Reseller Account for a client. And again, everything went very smooth. Their support alone is so helpful to get things up and running, it’s one host you will won’t regret signing up with; and I say this coming from my own experience because they are a stellar hosting company.

The support has been brilliant. You can use tickets but you can just chat if you like and they are super helpful, and right away.
The CPanel and PHPHostAdmin of course are super handy and fast approaches to administer your account.
And they have PHP and Python and All The Things. There has been thought expended to make things as frictionless as possible for you.
Prices for first time in are awesome – the renewal price seems high but we will see what happens in a year!

I learned to Code a website via EJ Media on YouTube and then tried to launch via GoDaddy and AWS. The fees for both started adding up and the Customer Service took a long time. I found HostArmada via HostAdvice. I contacted Customer Service and asked about their fees. They were straightforward with what I should expect as to additional fees (so far, they were correct that there weren’t any that affected me). I bought a three-year plan and launched my first website ever. I made mistakes, but their Customer Service was immediate with help, even on weekends, late at night, and holidays (Thanksgiving). So far, I’m very pleased with HostArmada.

This has been a great hosting for an affordable price (esp at black friday) that provides speedy results. I only lost google email which is subscrib based anyway now. This host is great priced, smooth to setup, and provides fast loading. I experienced issues on a previous host with shared server performance causing site crashes on wordpress and ecommerce but never had an issue with hostarmada!
