Their hiring process is overly complex and multi-stage, not to assess real talent but simply to keep young Ukrainian recruiters employed in Europe. What a shame service, we are so sad and angry. We’ve been using this service for 10 months and 2 days ago SERVERS just shutdown our server without any warning and access (no SSH, no VNC Console). The next day they replied about abuse. We were sending 1k requests per second to 3rd party service as it’s a bot server. We also had a database of our users and their subscription dates. Everything gone, no warnings, just shutdown. Support not listening and trying to read at all – just message copied for all my questions.
