    I used to be a Pachosting client before being sold to Vodien. I have been using Outlook for my emails and have been very happy with it. However, Vodien migrated the email hosting to Titan Mail in June 2024. During the migration period, we encountered numerous technical problems. Despite sending many emails to Vodien asking for help, we received no responses at all.
    Worse still, when it came time for contract renewal in July 2024, Vodien’s customer service confirmed multiple times that I could continue using Outlook Mail under webElite because I did not want to switch to Titan Mail as it was more expensive and i also paid for the hosting website. It was not until early September 2024, when I could not receive any incoming emails, that we followed up with Vodien. They then informed me that we could not use Outlook Mail under webElite due to a technical issue.
    Vodien misled us into entering a contract and failed to deliver the required services, and even worse, they did not inform us of these issues. It turned out that I had to pay extra to upgrade to Titan Mail. I thought all the issues had been resolved until one day I found that I could not access my website. When I called customer service, they told me that the extra money I had paid was only for Titan Mail and did not cover the web hosting plan, which was clearly outlined in the initial contract from July 2024.
    Vodien breached the contract not once but twice and misrepresented the terms of the service contract without delivering the services promised. It took me a long time and considerable effort to get customer service to answer my calls; their service was extremely poor. A lack of support, a lack of communication, failure to uphold their service commitments are my final conclusions about this company.

    I have been trying to get hold of Vodien Customer serive for 5 days to renew my services.

    I have also been trying to call them during this period.

    Office seems to be always closed; and the customer service chat does not reply. I am actually in my 6th day waiting for Vodien to reply as my web services have expired and I cannot access my email.

    My suggestion is do not subscribe with them. I was with them for 12 years and since 2022, they have gone down hill with their customer service and support

Yesterday, your agent called Live sent me on wild goose chase and provided incorrect information that i need to chase losing registrar. Today, I had to call again and connected to Cathy T. ticket I-14908661. She explained everything clearly and there is no follow-up needed with losing registrar. Cathy resolved the issues perfectly.

    Vodien’s support and service are terrible. We have been using Pachosting’s service for many years before it was acquired by Vodien. Our web server was migrated to Vodien on 6 June 2024. Since then, our websites have been down every now and then. Upon refreshing it 3 times, it will occasionally show up again. Vodien’s phone number doesn’t work. The live chat support queue doesn’t move and the office address is just a virtual desk with no one there. The only way to get a response is by emailing Vodien, but all they said was they can’t detect any problems. Do not use their service!

    The issue number is E-93090. The main thing that made our experience great was the speed of response and issue turn-around. We had an issue whereby we had missed the expiry of an SSL certificate and needed to contact Vodien to get the renewal expediated before it expired the next morning. They had a new certificate for us within 6 hours which saved us from an embarrassing outage.

    Terrible Service, Unannounced Server Migration and Database Loss
    Over a month ago, without any prior notification, a server migration was conducted by your team. This migration resulted in significant database loss, which has severely impacted the operation of our website. Since the occurrence of this incident, we have made multiple requests for the restoration of our database, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution to date.

    I had a problem accessing my website via FTP and my emails for over four days. I thought it was my end and tried to fix it. When I contacted Vodien, they found out it was the Name Servers giving me grief. Someone might have given their name, but I’m sorry I forgot it. They fixed everything within two hours and eleven minutes via Live Chat. Simply put, they were marvellous, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The conversation ended at 4:18 pm Central Standard Time, South Australia. Please thank them again if you can deduce who assisted me. Cheers.

I do have an issue with the fact that I have been having quite a fair bit of issues with the hosting as well as the transitioning from pachosting and then later on the transitioning of the email to titan which has caused me to have downtime on both the hosting as well as the emails and my need to keep coming back to the CS which at one time took a few hours…

    My new URL was suspended because Vodien forgot to validate my UEN even though SGNIC sent them emails everyday for 21 days. This is unacceptable for a reputable domain registrar. Had to wait 25 minutes for a support agent to be available. Support agent took 1 hour to figure out what is the problem. This is the type of problems that could have been avoided easily. I am very dissapointed.

    I’m writing this Vodien review again because I’ve wasted a significant amount of time trying to renew my cPanel Tier 5 license. Every month, I contact Vodien, and they give me different instructions that don’t resolve the issue. It’s simply a cPanel Tier 5 renewal, yet Vodien seems incapable of handling it. Ironically, they have no problem charging my credit card for the renewal every month.

    since the announcement of taking over hk pachosting and mail server migration, there were minimal communication or statue update provided. Only last minute email stating the migration date and there were no guideline or what so ever.

    the no one answer the hk hotline, and it takes forever to talk to a live person at the live chat. i waited for an hour then in the end i only got time out message. Imagine it is happening since yesterday. I am still not getting my support for missing email and folders with the IMAP setting.

    Disastrous, for many years we with Vodien, this time we felt so betrayed and left in the lurch. Your server guy internal initiative shifted our server biz214 which we been using for many years (ALL our files in biz214) to biz220 BUT as empty shell. and this was only discovered after multiple communication. after we got somewhere like “oh now ur server is biz220 and we see no files there and the higher tier said u have to pay to transfer from biz214 to biz220” BUTTTTTTTT the point is we did not request for that shift !? whoever did it to clean his/her own “sheeit” or mess should do it wholesomely. Bcos of the trust! in vodien as a provider which we gladly pay & upgraded in past till today due to tip-top sales with good explanation, BUT NOW our main and and sub domains are affected as they are ecommerce and NOT cms webs, WHO SHOULD compensate !? and the queer thing is IF this has got to do with the biz take over ? what happened to the tip-top customer service that is what we signed up for many years ago?! my case is E-135452 which first we been told that the shift was due to overload then virus attack then leading to suspension then discovered it is now 220 instead of 214 SO within a day poor customers had to go through so much turmoil IT IS AS IF IF this happens to u and your family its is OKI too ????!!!! the mgt or NEW mgt can do something ? NOW ? and we chose u over godaddy and exelbytes so pls dun let us down, to date/time we are still left in the lurch and thanks to queeny who has been very helpful that we see some hope !? but her level, she could only expedite and purvey and your system shut it off that she could not even our server SO right now are the mgt of vodien looking at this poor customer message ? you should adapt from DHL that we can write to the CEO of the company. pls help us in this case
