Unfortunately, the down times have risen sharply and are increasing. Even their own website is down with some frequency. Updating the blog also means a server downtime and the site is down. I had this hosting for websites with little traffic and I was happy at first, but lately every time I try to access or do something I find that the website or the entire hosting itself is down. A pity.
Update: chemicloud main page worked even though my session was inaccessible, I managed to load the page by clearing all my cache and coockies from the site.
The web with which I have more problems has been hacked I do not know how much is the fault of the hosting or could do more (it is the first web that has been hacked) the attackers have installed several plugins, themes and have created admins. No warning from Chemi about this, and the worst thing is that I reported problems with this site months ago, the hosting made a cloning to another directory and the problems have grown) I’m not sure to what extent it is their responsibility but it is true that I have a lot of websites in 3 other different hostings and all this is something that has only happened to me here).
Hopefully solve these problems with Chemicloud because for webs if many needs I think it is a very suitable hosting. And although they have not solved the root problem if it is true that their customer service is instantaneous and always do to solve the problems.

Their customer service is always outstanding. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or so to connect via chat, and no matter who I’m working with they are always patient, helpful, and thorough.
For 10 years, my website never passed Core Web Vitals (CWV). When I migrated my website to Chemicloud, oh boy, I passed CWV and my site loads up fast!
