  17. They moved my clients emails from one server to another over the weekend. Many still have no emails 3 days later.

    No support at all. Sure they answer the initial support request in 30 minutes as they say, but after that you’re pretty much on your own. You might get a response in 3 or 4 hours, but once you answer that question or try their suggestions, you have to wait 3 or 4 further hours before you hear from them again. If you’re very lucky.

    Still not resolved 13th Feb 2024.

  31. I am using Verpex reseller hosting and I have collected 100 clients after a lot of time and effort. For last 4 days websites are working slow and go down constant. I have talked to their live chat agents and opened support ticket but they always reply same: “We are under attack, we are working and it will be fixed soon” after a fix websites are down again in a hour or less. This has been going for 4 days already and they couldn’t provide any solution, only same generic answers.

    Anybody who is in web hosting business knows how hard it’s to collect new clients, especially when you’re new company with no trust and background. I have spent a lot of time, money and effort to collect some clients and now people are moving away and complaining because their websites are down for days.

    Verpex couldn’t fix this problem for days, no refunds, no compensation, no server upgrade, just false promises while my business is getting destroyed…
